Net Assets of European Investment Funds

Net Assets of European Investment Funds

Net assets of UCITS and AIFs bounced back strongly, crossing the EUR 17 trillion threshold again. UCITS net assets increased by 11.2%, whereas the net assets of AIFs grew by 5.7%. The strong recovery of global stock markets and the higher share of equity in the asset allocation of UCITS compared to AIFs, combined with the exceptionally high net sales of UCITS, explain these differences in growth rates.
