Münster / Düsseldorf, March 2nd 2016: Another company within the regular TV coverage is The sino AG. The first interview took place today in Dusseldorf. The sino AG has specialised in the settlement of securities transactions for private customers in Germany. The main focus of the group is located in the reception and management of investment funds with a focus on heavy traders.

In the interview Executive Ingo Hillen addresses present developments such as Wirecard, BOSS and German Bank. Another focal point is the status of the possible IPO of subsidiary tick-TS AG. The sino AG published in January that the board of the subsidiary tick-TS AG will consider a stock market listing in the primary market of the Dusseldorf Stock Exchange. Finally Hillen speaks on the consequences for investors after the decision from the BaFin to close, in Frankfurt, the Maple Bank for the dealings of the clientele. Starting TV coverage with mVISE


Münster / Düsseldorf, March 2nd 2016: As part of the expansion of television coverage the first interview with the boards of MVISE AG was conducted today in Dusseldorf. MVISE focuses on mobile solutions for marketing and sales support for companies in the B2B and B2C. It supplies its products to various mobile markets including; mobile internet, mobile apps, mobile commerce, mobile CRM and mobile advertising.

In the interview the directors, Bastian and Götz, among other things, speak on the new product SaleSphere, the expected amount of revenue and earnings and the fiscal year 2015. Additional topics of the interview include the structure of the consulting division and significant aspects of the 2016 financial year.

Starting TV coverage with Biofrontera


Münster / Leverkusen, 25th February 2016: Today launched the implementation of a new concept for TV coverage. Biofrontera AG, Leverkusen is the first company with which this innovative concept will be implemented. Biofrontera AG is specialised in the development of new medicines and medical cosmetics.

Within the TV interviews Mr Schaffer, CFO of Biofrontera, speaks on current corporate developments. Specifically, Mr. Schaffer gives an overview of the state of the current approval process in the United States as well as the estimated market potential. Another aspect of the interview is the indication expansion on the basal cell carcinoma. Finally he gives an overview of the current funding situation.

TV coverage with listed companies


Münster, January 21st 2016: Dr. Reuter Investor Relations will henceforth accompany a number of listed companies in TV Coverage. Overall, agreements were made with 6 German listed companies so far, while discussions with additional companies are currently underway.

Nature and content of TV coverage: Every 3-4 months an interview will be produced and published with companies. The content will surround the events of the past few months, detailed ad hoc announcement information, background on trade fairs or potential entry into a new market.

Using the TV interviews, the existing investor relations activities of the company will be supplemented and expanded. Our aim is the long-term acquisition of new institutional and private investors.
